Global Sana
GS CRM was built to transform how Global Sana runs its business—from leads and contracts to consultants and commissions—all under one powerful, web-based ERP system. I led the design and UX of the entire platform, helping shape a tool that doesn’t just manage data, but makes complex workflows feel streamlined and intuitive. GS CRM became the operational backbone for Global Sana, designed specifically to meet the day-to-day needs of their insurance business. The platform includes a dynamic lead management system with drag-and-drop Kanban boards, smart lead import/export, and tight integration with insurance partners for real-time calculations across car, home, and life policies. We also introduced a full contract management system and a robust commission module that gives super admins full visibility and control over consultant payouts. GS CRM is more than just a tool—it’s a custom-fit engine for scaling operations, built with precision and flexibility in mind.
